About this event
The Seoul Winter Festa runs from 4 December 2026 to 31 January 2027 across Gwanghwamun Square, Cheonggyecheon, Seoul Plaza, DDP, Bosingak and the Uicheon stream, free to enter. The dates come from the Seoul Metropolitan Government's published 2026 festival plan (16 March 2026) and the city's festival portal. Programmes inside the umbrella include the Seoul Lantern Festival on Cheonggyecheon, the Gwanghwamun Christmas market, Seoul Light Gwanghwamun, Seoul Light DDP and the New Year's Eve bell ringing at Bosingak; each programme sets its own dates within the run.
